CARBONIZATION PROCESS (KILN)
Shells are placed in a kiln and heated in a low-oxygen environment to convert them into charcoal. Load dried coconut shells into carbonization kilns/furnaces. Heat under controlled conditions with limited oxygen supply. Convert coconut shells into charcoal through pyrolysis.
SCREENING PROCESS
Charcoal is screened to remove dust and fines and to ensure uniform size for better quality and performance. Crush oversized charcoal pieces if required. Screen and separate charcoal according to particle size specifications.
